Two ways to work with us
Every package can be delivered as a managed website or as a standalone build. The build price is the same either way.
Site Grove-managed
$99per month, Website Care
We host your site, keep it secure, and look after it after launch. Website Care is required for every site Site Grove hosts and manages, and it includes up to 3 minor content updates each month.
- Managed hosting
- SSL and security configuration
- Monitoring and technical maintenance
- Up to 3 minor content updates per month
- Support when you need it
Minor updates are small changes to existing content, like new text, a swapped photo, updated hours, or a price change. They don't roll over month to month. New pages, redesigns, and new features are quoted separately. Month to month, and your domain and content are always yours.
Standalone build
No ongoing Site Grove fee
Pay the one-time build price and that's it. We deliver the completed website files with launch and handoff guidance, and you host it with the provider of your choice. There's no required Site Grove subscription.
- One-time website development fee only
- Completed website files delivered
- Launch and handoff guidance
- You pay your own hosting, domain, and provider fees
- Same build quality and revision rounds
Want help later? Website Care or one-off updates can be purchased any time. This is how our Fiverr packages work.
- Delivery targets are estimates and depend on receiving your content, images, and requirements on time.
- Domain registration and third-party services, such as booking tools or paid plugins, are billed separately.
- Pages, revisions, and integrations are as listed in each package. Larger scopes are quoted before work starts.

Local SEO
Get found by more local customers.
Building the website is only the beginning. Ongoing SEO focuses on improving how often your business appears when potential customers search Google for the services you provide.
SEO is a long-term growth channel. Improvements build over time as your website, local presence, content, and authority become stronger.

Custom Apps & MVPs
Custom tools when nothing off the shelf fits.
Some businesses need more than a website: a customer portal, an internal dashboard, a quoting tool, or a first version of an app idea. We scope it with you, build the smallest version that does the job, and grow it from there.
Custom web applications
Customer portals, booking systems, and tools built around your workflow.
Internal tools and dashboards
Jobs, leads, and numbers in one place instead of five spreadsheets.
Mobile app MVPs
A simple first version of an app idea, built to test with real users before you invest more.
Integrations
Connect the software you already pay for so data stops being re-typed.
Pricing
Priced by consultation
App projects vary too much for a price list. After a short scoping call you get a written proposal with a fixed price for the first version and a clear plan for what comes next.
- Written scope and fixed quote before work starts
- Built in stages, so you see progress early
- Ongoing support available after launch

FAQ
Common questions.
Don't see yours? Just ask.
Local service businesses of all kinds: plumbers, electricians, contractors, tree services, salons, dentists, auto shops, cafés, and more. If you get customers by phone, from Google, or through your website, we can probably help.
Only for websites Site Grove hosts and manages. It's $99/month for hosting, SSL and security, monitoring, technical maintenance, up to 3 minor content updates each month, and support, month to month. Standalone builds, including our Fiverr packages, are one-time projects: you receive the finished site and a handoff with no ongoing Site Grove fee, and you cover your own hosting and domain costs.
Small changes to content that already exists on your site: updating text, replacing an existing photo, changing business hours or contact information, or adjusting a service description or price. Website Care includes up to 3 of these per month, and unused updates don't carry over. New pages, redesigns, layout changes, new functionality, and larger content projects are quoted separately. Hosting, security, monitoring, and technical maintenance are always included and don't count toward the three.
The website itself is the same. With a managed site, we host it, keep it secure, and handle updates and support for a monthly fee. With a standalone build, we deliver the finished site and help you launch it on hosting you control, and there's nothing to pay afterwards unless you ask for more work.
Domain registration and third-party services, such as booking software or paid plugins, are billed separately. We'll tell you about any of these costs before you commit.
You own it, and you're not locked in. Your domain is registered in your business's name, and your content and design are yours. If you ever move on from a managed plan, we'll hand over your site files and help you transfer them.
Website packages have delivery targets of 7, 14, and 21 days, counted from when we have your content and requirements. Automations usually take one to three weeks depending on what they connect to. SEO is ongoing, with the first month focused on setup. App projects get a timeline in their proposal.
No. Automations can often work alongside your existing website and the way you already handle calls and leads. If your current site is good, we'll leave it alone.
Yes, with the Receptionist + Scheduling plan. When your calendar and workflow support it, the receptionist checks availability, offers approved times, and books the appointment for you.
That's not the goal. It handles the repetitive calls and tasks: answering the same questions, collecting details, sending reminders. Your team gets more time for the work that needs a person.
No. Each plan includes an agreed calling allowance, and additional usage beyond it may be billed separately. We'll set the allowance with you up front based on your call volume.
No, and nobody can legitimately promise a specific Google position. SEO improves your visibility and your ability to compete in search results. We report on real progress every month.
Yes. Custom web apps, internal tools, dashboards, and simple mobile app MVPs. Every app project is scoped individually and quoted in writing before work starts.
