Services

Everyday care and the bigger things, under one roof.

Most of what a family needs, without referrals across town. When something is outside what we do well, we'll say so and point you to a specialist we trust.

  • Cleanings & exams

Twice-a-year visits with a hygienist who remembers your name, digital X-rays only when needed, and honest advice on what can wait.

  • Children's dentistry

First visits by age one, fluoride and sealants, and a team that knows how to make a nervous six-year-old laugh.

  • Fillings, crowns & bridges

Tooth-colored fillings, same-visit crowns where possible, and repairs that hold up to real life.

  • Clear aligners

Nearly invisible straightening for teens and adults, with check-ins every few weeks and a clear timeline before you start.

  • Whitening

In-office and take-home options, with realistic expectations about results and sensitivity discussed up front.

  • Same-day emergency care

Broken tooth, lost crown, or pain that won't quit: call before 10 am and we'll usually see you the same day.

Not sure what you need? Book an exam and we'll walk you through the options.

New patients

Your first visit, step by step.

Plan on about 75 minutes. You'll leave knowing exactly where things stand and what, if anything, comes next.

  1. 1

Request a time online or call us

Tell us a few days and times that work. We'll confirm by phone or text, usually the same day.

  2. 2

Fill out forms ahead, or arrive 10 minutes early

We'll send a link for health history and consent forms so the visit starts on time.

  3. 3

Exam, X-rays, cleaning, and a plan you understand

The dentist reviews everything with you on screen. If treatment is recommended, you get a written estimate before anything is scheduled.

What to bring

  • A photo ID
  • Your dental insurance card, if you have one
  • A list of current medications
  • Recent X-rays from a previous dentist, if available
  • Any questions you've been putting off

Nervous about the dentist?

You're in good company. Tell us when you book and we'll build in extra time, explain each step before it happens, and talk through sedation options if that would help.

Insurance & payment

Clear costs, before anything starts.

We'll check your benefits, give you a written estimate, and answer money questions plainly. No surprises at the front desk.

  • Insurance

    • Most PPO dental plans are accepted.
    • We verify benefits before your visit and file claims for you.
    • Call with your plan name and we'll confirm coverage in a few minutes.
  • No insurance?

    • Our in-house membership plan covers two cleanings, exams, and routine X-rays each year.
    • Members get a set discount on any additional treatment.
    • No waiting periods, deductibles, or annual maximums.
  • Ways to pay

    • All major credit and debit cards.
    • HSA and FSA cards accepted.
    • Monthly payment plans for larger treatment through a third-party financing partner.

About the practice

A small team that explains before it treats.

Brightwater opened in 2016 with one goal: make going to the dentist feel like a normal, unhurried part of life instead of something to dread. One dentist, two hygienists, and a front desk that picks up the phone.

We use digital, low-dose X-rays, show you what we see on the screen in front of you, and give written estimates before treatment is scheduled. If something can wait, we'll tell you it can wait.

We'll only use your details to schedule your visit.
Thanks, we've got it. This is a concept site, so nothing was actually sent. On a live site this request would go to the front desk, who would call or text to confirm.

We pick up the phone.

Front desk hours match office hours. If you reach voicemail during the day, we're with a patient and will call back within the hour.
